CAULIFLOWER AND CHEESE - Steamed cauliflower with mushrooms and parmesan

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4-6)

cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces

medium onions, chopped
500 g (1 lb)
fresh mushrooms
30 g (2 Tbsp)
butter
60 g (½ cup)
bread crumbs
250 g (¾ cup)
parmesan cheese, grated

PROCEDURE

Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, place in a steamer, and steam to desired tenderness, about 10-15 minutes.

In a frypan, saut\z\(aae onions and mushrooms in butter until brown (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat, and stir in the parmesan and bread crumbs. Mix well.

Put the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish, and toss with the mixture in the frypan. Bake for 4-5 minutes at 175°C

Difficulty: easy. Time: 30 minutes. Precision: no need to measure.
