BRAN MUFFINS - Easy and good bran muffins

INGREDIENTS (Makes 4 dozen)

500 g (15 oz)
Raisin Bran
500 g (5 cups)
flour
500 g (2½ cups)
sugar
5 ml (1 tsp)
salt
20 ml (4 tsp)
baking soda
250 ml (1 cup)
oil
1 liter (4 cups)
buttermilk

eggs, beaten

PROCEDURE

Mix the dry ingredients well. Add the liquid ingredients and mix until uniformly moist.

Let stand 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 175°C . Distribute mixture into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.

NOTES

These muffins freeze well and age well.

Difficulty: easy. Time: 5 minutes preparation, 45 minutes waiting, 20 minutes baking. Precision: measure the ingredients.
