Free Agent has no filters - so this will not work. It only works with the commercial release of Agent.
Go to the 'Windows-Open Email Filters' menu in Agent. Then in the 'Email Filters' window go to the 'Filters-Add Watch Filter' menu. Then put the following text, with the appropriate modifications for your email addresses, in the filter expression box (just type straight in with no line breaks - text box will take care of the rest). (see image)
not (any-recipient: email1@your\.isp\.com\.au ) and not (any-recipient: email2@your\.isp\.com\.au ) and not (any-recipient: email3@your\.isp\.com\.au )
making sure that the expression you type in is all in lower case to catch as many instances of your email addresses as possible. You can do this easily by clicking on the 'Lower Case', button after you have finished typing in the expression. (see image).
Then select\create the 'File in Folder' for the spam (see image).
Set priority at just below the lowest priority 'Retrieve' filter you may have already. This is because if you subscribe to any mailing lists that are not addressed, in particular, to you, the filters that you have for filing the mailing list will have a higher priority and thus be executed in preference to the spam filters.
In the 'Kill Action' section: select nothing. Unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you will not be getting any email you want that will be parsed by the filter - ESPECIALLY if you select 'Delete' - it is better to file into a spam folder temporarily and check there is nothing you want and then delete. (see image).
In the 'Watch Action' section have 'Retrieve' selected. If you have anything in The 'Watch Action' section selected you will not be able to have anything in the 'Kill Action' section selected. (see image).
