Any help would be >appreciated. > MIKE You can use PC-7 or PC-11 (two ultra-strong epoxies) to mount rocks or real plastic (kind of a contradiction of terms). I favor PC-7. It's the blue sh*t that they use to hold down road lane markers/reflectors. You can also use actual bolts and RAWL plastic down into the 'crete. This approach won't work for miscellaneous rocks (which I think make the raddest little finger holes) but allows changeability for plastic with the ease of using a wrench. On the other hand, a hammer/crowbar is needed to change PC-7'ed holds. If you want to go full-on monodoight, choose a powa' drill and blast your little heart away on the 'crete.
